Standing on the exact land on which the Battle of Chappar Chiri was fought, I couldn’t gate my emotions of tribute. This place heard the first siren of India’s battle for freedom. The re- creation of the entire battle fought by Banda Singh Bahadur against Wazir Khan with the war winning strategy is well landscaped with Tibbas holding the war heroes and generals. A restaurant in the vicinity is the perfect place to sit and ease oneself at the valiant memorial like this one.
